Anti-Spam Policy
FLYERALL
ANTI-SPAM POLICY
Effective Date: October 11, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
FlyerAll ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to responsible text message marketing and protecting customers from unwanted promotional communications.
This Anti-Spam Policy explains our standards for customer consent, SMS marketing, unsubscribe requests, information protection, and responsible use of our messaging platform.
FlyerAll provides technology that allows participating businesses to communicate with their customers through SMS marketing, digital advertisements, promotional notifications, and loyalty programs.
2. PERMISSION-BASED SMS MARKETING
FlyerAll requires participating businesses to obtain appropriate customer consent before sending promotional text messages.
Customers must voluntarily agree to receive marketing messages from the specific business sending those messages.
Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive promotional SMS messages.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
FlyerAll prohibits the use of its services to send unsolicited promotional text messages.
3. CUSTOMER REGISTRATION AND CONSENT
Participating businesses may collect customer consent through FlyerAll's in-store registration tablets.
The registration process works as follows:
• The customer enters their mobile phone number.
• The customer presses Enter.
• An SMS marketing consent confirmation screen appears.
• The screen identifies the participating business.
• The customer reviews the consent notice.
• The customer selects "I Agree" or "Cancel."
Selecting "I Agree" confirms the customer's voluntary agreement to receive marketing messages from the identified business.
Selecting "Cancel" does not enroll the customer in the business's SMS marketing program.
Participating businesses must ensure that consent is obtained before promotional messages are sent.
4. TYPES OF PERMITTED MESSAGES
With appropriate customer consent, participating businesses may send:
• Weekly store advertisements
• Promotional offers and discounts
• Special sales announcements
• New product announcements
• Customer rewards information
• Loyalty program promotions
• Other authorized marketing communications
Message frequency varies depending on the participating business and its marketing program.
Message and data rates may apply.
Customers must be informed about the nature of the messages they are agreeing to receive.
5. CUSTOMER CONSENT RECORDS
Participating businesses must maintain appropriate records demonstrating customer consent.
FlyerAll's registration system is intended to support the collection and maintenance of consent records.
Relevant information may include:
• Customer mobile phone number
• Participating business name
• Date and time of consent
• Method of registration
• Consent confirmation
• Applicable consent language
• Records of unsubscribe requests
Businesses must be able to demonstrate appropriate authorization for their promotional messaging activities.
6. UNSUBSCRIBE AND OPT-OUT POLICY
Customers have the right to withdraw their SMS marketing consent at any time.
To unsubscribe, customers may reply STOP to a promotional text message.
Participating businesses must honor valid unsubscribe requests promptly and in accordance with applicable requirements.
Once an opt-out request has been processed, promotional messages from that messaging program must stop.
One final message may be sent to confirm the unsubscribe request, where permitted.
Customers must not be re-enrolled in promotional messaging without obtaining new, appropriate consent.
FlyerAll requires participating businesses to provide a straightforward method for customers to unsubscribe.
7. CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
Customers may reply HELP to a participating business's SMS message to request assistance.
Customers may also contact the business sending the messages.

8. PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
FlyerAll respects the privacy of customers and participating businesses.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
FlyerAll may use authorized service providers, including SMS delivery providers, website hosting providers, and technical support providers, to operate and maintain its services.
These service providers are not authorized to use customer SMS consent information for their own promotional marketing.
Customer information must be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
9. SEPARATE CONSENT FOR EACH BUSINESS
FlyerAll provides messaging technology for multiple participating businesses.
Each business is responsible for obtaining appropriate customer consent for its own promotional messages.
Consent provided to one business does not automatically authorize promotional messages from another business.
For example, consent given to La Esperanza Market does not automatically authorize another participating store to send marketing messages to that customer.
FlyerAll prohibits the unauthorized transfer or use of customer marketing consent between participating businesses.
10. PROHIBITED MARKETING PRACTICES
FlyerAll prohibits participating businesses from:
• Sending unsolicited promotional messages
• Using purchased or rented marketing lists
• Sending messages without appropriate consent
• Sharing customer SMS consent for unauthorized marketing
• Sending misleading or fraudulent advertisements
• Ignoring unsubscribe requests
• Using unauthorized customer information
• Misrepresenting the identity of the message sender
• Attempting to bypass carrier messaging restrictions
• Using multiple phone numbers to evade spam detection
• Sending prohibited or unlawful message content
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their marketing practices comply with applicable requirements.
11. BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES
Participating businesses must:
• Obtain appropriate customer consent
• Clearly identify their business
• Explain the types of messages customers will receive
• Provide applicable message frequency disclosures
• Disclose that message and data rates may apply
• Provide appropriate unsubscribe instructions
• Honor STOP requests
• Provide customer assistance through HELP
• Maintain appropriate consent records
• Protect customer information
• Comply with applicable SMS regulations
• Complete required messaging registrations where applicable
FlyerAll provides the technology supporting these activities.
12. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
FlyerAll reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Anti-Spam Policy.
When reasonably necessary, FlyerAll may:
• Review reported messaging violations
• Request evidence of customer consent
• Investigate unauthorized messaging activities
• Restrict access to messaging services
• Suspend accounts involved in prohibited activities
• Terminate services for serious or repeated violations
These actions may be taken to protect customers, participating businesses, and the integrity of the FlyerAll platform.

These may include:
• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• Applicable FCC regulations

15. THIRD-PARTY MESSAGING PROVIDERS
